International Trade Expertise
Ms. Rodenborn’s practice is limited to representing clients in matters involving customs law and international trade. She represents
importers, exporters, customs brokers and freight forwarders on a variety of trade issues in administrative proceedings before the U.S. Customs Service and other federal agencies, and in litigation in the
federal courts.
She brings to her firm over twenty years experience in the practice of law including substantial litigation and trial work. As an
active member of many international trade organizations, Ms. Rodenborn is often sought out as a speaker on customs issues and has written numerous articles on the Customs Mod Act, the rewrite of Customs
Regulations and other trade topics.
Ms. Rodenborn has held a Customs Broker's License issued by the U.S. Customs Service since 1985. She received her J.D. degree from
the University of Iowa, and is admitted to practice before the following courts:

- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit
- The U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California
- The Supreme Court of the State of California
